Oak Court

Our largest court on the park encompassing 49 bases and the small green which houses our newly planted orchard.

Maple Court

Our executive court consitining of 13 prime plots situated at the very peak of the park.

Laundry Suite

Our on site laundry suite has both a washer and dryer both of which are coin operated and the suite is open 24/7, there is also toilet facilities contained within the laundry suite building.

Games Room

Our games room is a great place for all the family to enjoy, we have a large and comfy seating area with a collection of books and puzzles along with full sized skittles and pool table along with our oversized connect four and football table. The games room has full disabled friendly toilet facilities including a shower & a baby changing nook.

Outdoor Play Area

Our outdoor play area has a children’s climbing frame along with a pitch n put mini golf area and football goal posts which are moveable, there is also all weather table tennis and a seating area which overlooks the entire play area.

Lake & Garden

Our lake complete with ducklings is situated in the feature garden area of the park which in and of itself is a beautiful and tranquil site to behold but when you add the backdrop of the welsh mountains it truly takes on a life all of its own.

Freesat

In keeping with making our park look its best at all times we don’t allow dishes by caravans as we believe it looks unsightly so we built clusters of dishes dotted around the park so that a Freesat connection is available to any and all of our plots. We do not provide Freesat receivers as part of this service they must be provided by the customer.

WI-FI

That’s right you get the peace and tranquilly along with stunning views and fibre optic powered Wifi! Modern day life is a connected one where friends chat online instead of via text and loved ones

video chat with friends and family on the other side of the planet. Whether your checking your email and social media or streaming a TV show or movie the Internet is a huge part of our lives and for those that want to stay connected we have you covered.

We have leased line BT Business fibre to our park which means our very own private fibre optic line that carries internet for the park and only the park. This is then delivered via cables to each base and then a access point is installed into each van, This floods your van with WiFi signal so you dont get any deadspots.

So feel free to stream a 4k movie while the kids play vidoegames online and someone takes a video call with no concern about slow downs or interuptions.

There is no device limit (within reason) or data limits so feel to use as much as you want.

Throughout the season we host a few themed events for our owners with the proceeds of those events going to our chosen charity.

Our Park in nestled near the village of Adfa which may be a small village, but it’s surrounded by a wealth of attractions perfect for a day out. Just a short drive away, you can visit the enchanting Powis Castle and Gardens, a historic site with beautiful grounds. For nature enthusiasts, the Elan Valley offers stunning reservoirs and scenic walking trails. The quaint town of Llanidloes is nearby, with its charming streets, local shops, and cozy cafes. Whether you’re into history, nature, or just a relaxing day out, Adfa and its surroundings have something for everyone.
